How To Do: Early Summer Beach Dressing for a High-Budget
Last Monday I showed you how to get the look for a low-budget. However today, I’m going to show you how to get the look for a high-budget.
Summer is coming closer, but it won’t get warm in the evenings for a few months yet – so it is important to keep warm, but how to do it without damaging style status? Taking a cue from D&G, team brightly coloured, thin knits over the top of scarf print bikini bottoms or shorts. Finish off with a pair of sleek aviators and a beach bag to saunter into summer with European style.
So here’s how to get the look for a high-budget:
Shorts – Torn by Ronny Kobo – Margie Shorts ($124) – metroparkusa.com
Heels – Yves Saint Laurent – Riviera starfish-print canvas wedge sandals (£505) – Net-a-porter.com.
Bag – Jades 24 – Niia Borsa Arancio Shopper With Zipper Closure (£240) – jades24.com
Sunglasses – D&G – Dolce & Gabbana Square Sunglasses ($135) – lordandtaylor.com
Wear this lovely Altuzarra jumper loosely tucked in at the front only, or left completely loose. The wedge heels not only go with the shorts perfectly and elongate legs, but are the perfect way to rock the starfish trend this season. The tote looks similar to Céline bags, but this tote is made from rubber – so is the perfect beach accompaniment. The sunglasses are the perfect finishing touch for European cool. Keep hair beachy, makeup minimal and nails a lovely orange or red.
